Leadership Team Expectations: The Leadership Team helps develop the pageant for the year. Team members are required to attend all meetings which are held monthly and bi-monthly closer to the pageant date. Members are also required to attend the pageant which will be held in late February or Early/Mid-March. The Leadership Team members must be representatives of the goals of the Miss Incredible Pageant to promote inclusion and confidence in people with disabilities. Board: The Board members aid in the overall decision making for the pageant, presenting in public meetings, and sharing information to participating schools. They also aid in running the behind the scenes movement of the pageant.
Marketing Director: The Marketing Director works to promote the pageant through social media and the Miss Incredible Pageant website. They share information about dates, donations, the pageant event, and sign-ups for volunteers and participants.
Participant Director: The Participant Directors aid in contacting and updating participants and their families and signing up participants for the pageant. During the pageant, they make sure the participants are assisted and to accommodate for in their needs.
Volunteer Director: The Volunteer Directors aid in registering and accepting volunteers for the pageant. They assign volunteers to their designated positions and manage the behind the scenes movement of the pageant.
Meeting and Rehearsal Director: The Meeting and Rehearsal Director aides in planning and organizing public meetings. They run the rehearsal for the pageant with knowledge of the Peachtree Ridge High School auditorium.
Community Outreach Director: The Community Outreach Director contacts media platforms to promote the pageant in our community. They aid in building a brand for the pageant and community interaction.
